Outstanding Service Brings Home National Award
The Legacy Connection Earns CAM-X Award of Excellence
Grimsby, ON (October 2, 2020) — The Legacy Connection of Tuscaloosa, AL has been honoured with the exclusive 2020 Award of Excellence for 15 years. The Award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery. The Legacy Connection was presented with the Award recently at the CAM-X 56th Annual Virtual Convention and Trade Show.
“I am very proud of my TLC Team. We strive to give our customers and callers excellent service and it means so much more to be evaluated and recognized by an independent organization. Even during the health crises, our staff has been there for our customers as an extension of their business” says Robin Bailey, President of The Legacy Connection.
Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services over a six month period. The scoring criteria includes:
- Response Time
- Courteousness of Rep
- Accuracy of Call
- Knowledge of Account
- Overall Impression of Call
